We guarantee a complete, no-questions-asked money refund. We will give you a 100% refund if you're not happy with any of the products you bought from us (not including delivery fees and, if applicable, gift wrapping).
Within 30 days of the purchase date, returns for a refund must be received back at the warehouse. When returning items, please include the order number, your name, the product name, and the reason for the return.

Delayed Returns
Returned products to our warehouse within 30 days are refunded or replaced without any questions asked. We will handle the situation individually if shipments arrive at our location beyond 30 days due to unforeseen circumstances, such as postal delays.

Within 30 days of the purchase date, returns for a refund must be received back at the warehouse. Please include the order number, your name, the product name, and the reason for the return when returning items.
In certain instances, we make sure that pickup is scheduled as soon as possible, and we ship the replacement as soon as our courier partner sends the item. Replacement is contingent upon our stock being available. In the event that a replacement is unavailable, the entire sum will be reimbursed.
Non-returnable Situations
In the following situations, returns are not permitted:
- Used goods
- The return request is made after the deadline has passed.
- Items that have labels and price tags missing or tampered with on the serial numbers.
Partial Order Returns
It is possible to request a return for a partial quantity if you have ordered multiple items, and returns are accepted at the item level as well. However, the customer must pay the same shipment costs. Within 30 days of the purchase date, returns must be received back into the warehouse.
Refund Processing
Only in the event of transit damage or when replacements are unavailable due to stock shortages are refunds given. Refunds for returns are given as soon as the merchandise arrives at our warehouse.
Replacement Delivery Time
When customers send us products that need to be replaced and provide us with the courier's details, we will send replacements to them. After five to seven business days from the date of shipment, the replacement packages will be delivered to the clients.
Exchanges
Unused product exchanges must be coordinated within 30 days and must arrive at our warehouse no later than 30 days following the original order's shipment date. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the same. Customers must provide us with the courier information for the goods they wish to exchange. Customers will receive their replacement packages from us between five and seven working days after the date of shipment.
